Pierce Powerline completed several major transmission projects to strengthen power systems in Georgia. At Lafayette Primary, we re-routed existing lines to new concrete poles and installed a new conductor to feed a substation. The Bio–Elberton Primary project rebuilt 7.8 miles of line, replacing old structures with concrete poles, reconductoring, and carefully relocating an active osprey nest with specialists while also removing OPGW from an energized line. At Possum Branch–Roopville, we installed fiber and conductor on a 230kV tie line and set three 130-foot poles. These projects highlight our ability to handle complex rebuilds safely and effectively.
