Chief Financial Officer

Frank Martin serves as Chief Financial Officer at Pierce Powerline Co., where he leads the Company's financial strategy and supports the company’s growth across utility, energy, and digital infrastructure markets. A seasoned Energy & Utility Infrastructure professional, Frank brings deep expertise in accounting, finance, operations, capital markets, large-scale utility infrastructure, and power solutions for utility clients.

Prior to joining Pierce Powerline, Frank was President of an utility infrastructure engineering and construction firm. He also co-founded a vegetation management/line clearing contractor serving utility clients in the Midwest and Southeast regions. Frank also founded a power and energy company serving utilities and governments in West Africa. Prior to his work in the utility space, Frank served as a Wall Street investment banker with some of the largest investment banks in the United States. Frank is adept at advising and leading complex transactions at the intersection of finance, energy, and technology. His career spans senior C‑suite leadership roles, where he has driven value through disciplined financial management, strategic investment, and operational execution.

Frank holds an MBA in Analytic Finance and Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from DePaul University.
